Minimum requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating, completing, and maintaining all documentation files and digital platforms related to the Projects.
  • Record and file all communications and correspondence with the Customer and subcontractors in accordance with the contract and company procedures.
  • Attend PM meetings (internal and with the customer), as required.
  • Collaborate with the PM team in the implementation and compliance of document management processes.
  • Support the PM, PM team, and Contract Manager in preparing any claims or deliverables as needed.
  • Collaborate with the PM and Contract Manager to ensure compliance by the PM team prior to their onboarding regarding the documentary requirements applicable to the project.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager and Contract Manager to ensure compliance by subcontractors prior to their onboarding regarding the documentary requirements applicable to the project.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • More than 3 years of previous experience in wind projects or construction projects.
  • Professional (fluent) English.
  • Availability to travel internationally.
  • Must be based in Spain.
